The Reviews:

With this machine there were more positive reviews than negative but some of the other breadmakers we have researched had better reviews overall.  Some of the people that liked this machine like it very much to say the least.  One person that left a positive review came back two years later and added to their original review with more good things to say about this machine.  One review we found said “This breadmaker makes the most delicious breads in the world!”  Another said “best breadmaker ever!”

Some of the features of the Breadman TR2500BC bread maker that people like most are the removable lid that makes it easier to clean the machine and the preprogrammed recipes that allow you to make your favorite bread with the push of a button.  The preprogrammed recipes also make it easier for people with certain dietary requirements to make gluten-free bread.

Unfortunately there are also a number of negative reviews for this product.  Some people complained that the quality of the clips that hold the tray in place are flimsy.  Other people complained that the bread pan kept popping out of place during kneading.  A number of other people had issues with this machine simply not working after baking a few loaves of bread.

Buy From Amazon.com

The research that we conducted online turned up a lot more positive reviews than negative but the reviews with this product were more mixed than they were with some of the other breadmakers we have reviewed.  It still may be a good quality product and of course if you buy it from a place with a good return policy there is nothing to worry about but you may want to look into some other options to be on the safe side.

Cuisinart CBK-200 is a good bread maker as long as it lasts, I have had mine for 2 years and the drive cogs underneath the machine that drives the beater are PLASTIC.
I called Cuisinart and they told me ” The bread maker is not repairable and must be replaced”.
All I have to say about this that they are cheaply made (probably in China) and and interior parts are NOT available.
Consumer beware !!!

I had two of these and feel stupid for trying the second. The first vibrated itself off the counter. It had a major problem of the mixing paddle sticking tightly in its bearing and it was very noisy.

The replacement second was much worse. It was defective initially but replaced. The replacement was just as noisy and the pan kept being pushed up out if its cheap clips thus ruining the loaf. This pan clip design is horrible. This machine only lasted several months.

I now have the Panasonic SD-YD250 and it has been superb for the several months I have owned it. Also, very quiet.

I’ve been using this machine about once a week for over a year. My only complaint is that the signals are not loud enough. That’s especially annoying when making bread with add-ins, such as cinnamon raisin bread. However, the kneading and baking aspects are great!
